Being responsible for the Incoming Division, I am convinced that our day-by-day operations need very special attention. This can only be realized when there is a human behind you and an enthusiastic team you can trust.
For this reason, our staff has been carefully selected and trained. Everybody speaks several languages. Our tour guides and tour managers are professionals and dispose of great experience in their respective areas.
Our drivers are very experienced, helpful and friendly at the same time as our hostesses provide a warm meet & greet arrival at the airport. They take excellent care of clients throughout their visit.
We maintain a very close relationship and a deep mutual understanding with our hoteliers, transport companies and many other suppliers, thus being able to meet all our customer's demands with complete confidence.
Inquiries from FIT's and Groups receive an attentive treatment and a swift response from our different departments. Constantly controlled by Senior Supervisors they are able to provide our clients with a comprehensive range of fine services in the most diverse areas, such as leisure, culture, art and history, sports, agriculture, industry, special interest, etc.
Therefore, year after year, we can be proud of a job well accomplished!
